Cricket in Leverington was first played on Monday 24th August 1812 by local villagers who played their first game against local village side Parsons Drove.  More recently, 2011 saw the Club move to the bigger and more competitive Cambs League Junior 2A, which in turn lead to the most successful season in over 30 years, under newly appointed Captain, Ian Cooper. The Club currently runs 2 senior cricket teams.

Season 2014 was another good season for the Saturday XI winning Cambs Junior 3 North. They now reside in Cambs league Junior 2 North for the forthcoming 2016 season after an indifferent 2015 that saw Leverington avoid relegation in the last over of the season.

On the Sundays when there is no league fixture, a friendly game is often played at home or locally. We are always on the lookout for new members, whether talented or merely keen. Anyone wishing to play regular or even occasional cricket, please contact us on the details below.
